GMAP combines fraud and dispute signals to identify deceptive activity earlier, strengthen accountability and support a safer, more trusted payments ecosystem.

Director of Consumer Protection, Customer Performance - Brand at Mastercard
Jonathan has been with Mastercard since 2002, during which time he has held various risk management roles within the Corporate Security, Franchise Development and Franchise Integrity groups. Jonathan is currently the Vice President of the Mastercard Brand Performance Team and is responsible for several global customer performance programs.
Many of the programs he manages, including the Business Risk Assessment Management (BRAM) Program, MATCH and Global Rules Investigation Program (GRIP), focus on identifying and mitigating various risks introduced into the payments ecosystem, including illegal, brand damaging and otherwise deceptive behavior.
Stefanie Oliveira is Director of Consumer Protection, Customer Performance - Brand at Mastercard, where she leads global customer performance initiatives focused on strengthening the Mastercard brand and enhancing customer engagement. In this role, she is responsible for several global performance programs that help customers maximize value from their Mastercard partnerships and drive stronger business outcomes.
Since joining Mastercard in 2012, Stefanie has built extensive experience across customer performance, brand strategy, risk, compliance, and franchise engagement. She works closely with customers and stakeholders worldwide to develop programs that improve performance, deepen relationships, and support Mastercard's global growth objectives.
